PTA Donates Trees

Submitted by adam.gull on

Students will notice more additions and improvements to our playground this next school year.  Our wonderful PTA donated two trees to plant on our school grounds to help beautify the school even more.  Mr. Burraston and crew worked hard today and planted them in the ground.  Thank you to the PTA for serving and supporting our school!

Rodeo Winners

Submitted by amy.darrington on

Anybody who lives in Spanish Fork knows that the Fiesta Days Rodeo is a long loved summer tradition.  We also know how important reading is.  What could be better than combining the two for a reading challenge that has rodeo tickets as the prize?!?  Our Eagles have been reading diligently for several months to meet their reading goals. We are so proud of ALL of our Eagles and congratulate these students for winning the Rodeo Reading Challenge.  Each of them won rodeo tickets and the grand prize winners also won cowboy boots, jeans, and a cowboy hat to wear to the rodeo.

Thank you Troop 1523

The afternoon of Tuesday, May 7th, 2019, Mrs. Memmott's OEK class was the lucky beneficiary of a local Eagle Scout project.  Jacob Cooper, a senior from Maple Mountain High School, and also a scout from Troop 1523, collected donations and funds and organized friends and neighbors to help provide a large set of classic building blocks for the kindergartners in her class.  Mrs.

Happy Principals Day Mr. Gull

Submitted by amy.darrington on

Some things we love about Mr. Gull:

1.  He genuinely cares about ALL people!  He loves to visit with people he knows, and get to know people he doesn't.  You can't go anywhere with Mr. Gull without stopping to talk to a whole bunch of people.

2. He loves to teach.  If he is not at school teaching students to S.O.A.R, Mr. Gull is often found at the ballpark, basketball court, or soccer field coaching his children and lots of other children.  He has a gift for teaching people.
