Rees Eagles stepped up to the challenge to READ MORE during the month of April. As a school, Rees students read 481,948 minutes! Way to Aim High and Achieve!
We had 180 students read over 1,000 minutes and they received a Coin Crazy card for their hard work. We also held random drawings for 5 students that participated in each class for more Coin Crazy cards. Another drawing included 3 book drawings from each class by local author and educator Jentry Youd.
The Fiesta Days Rodeo Committee also presented rodeo tickets to 6 lucky Eagles: Lucy Peacock, Kia Tews, Elyssa Stone, Keenan Astle, Cooper Howes, and Jonah White. The Grand Prize Winners of some fancy rodeo gear will go to Keenan Astle and Elyssa Stone.
