Rees students had fun, engaging assembly this week by Samba Fogo where they got to learn about several different drums and Brazilian dancing. Students and teachers got to clap and dance along with the performers. It was a GREAT time for everyone!

This week during "Read Across America Week", Mr. Gull spent some time reading to Rees students. The students LOVED listening to some fun books with our fantastic principal!

Rees student council members encouraged all Rees students to write something kind to a classmate or peer in the school to celebrate Kindness Day. These wonderful notes are posted in the hallway and are a colorful reminder that 'kindness is contagious!' Great job SOARing Eagles!
Michelle Hirst was awarded the Crystal Apple today before school. Michelle has done an outstanding job as the EEC teacher for the past three years. She works tirelessly for her students and always does whatever she can to make school a great place for her students and the paraprofessionals in her classroom.
