Cookie Day in Second Grade
Second graders had fun learning about cookies on cookie day. They even got to frost and decorate their own cookie.

One of the highlights of second grade is when the sixth graders write and illustrated a story with a 2nd grade buddy as the main character. After a month or more of hard work, the sixth graders preset their finished stories to their second grade buddies. The second graders love being the characters in their own books. Thank you sixth grade for your amazing work!
During our annual Rees Sing Around the Tree, a special visitor came to each classroom and brought candy canes to all Rees students. Thank you Santa!
Congratulations to Haizlee who was caught SOARing by someone in herclass. Her name was written on an Eagle Eye slip in Miss Saxon's 3rd grade class and entered into a drawing. When Haizlee's name was selected, she chose to give a HIGH 5 to Mr. Gull. WAY to SOAR Haizlee!! Keep up the GREAT work!
Congratulations to these WONDERFUL Rees students! These students were selected by their classroom teachers as students of the month. They are great examples to their classmates/everyone in the school, and they really know how to SOAR! Keep up the GREAT WORK Eagles!
