This week we had another group of students announced from the 200 board. Students who earn SOAR slips for good behavior get their name on the 200 board and then they are entered into a drawing for prizes. All students who win get a bookmark, book, and a prize of their choice. Way to SOAR Eagles! Keep up the wonderful work!
Congratulations to these amazing 5th grade students! They did a wonderful job during their 15 days of keyboarding and were announced as the winners from their classes. The winners include: Katelynn Moody, Sophie Tregaskis, Jackson Clonts, Chloe Buhler, Brinlee Hathaway, Charlie Knowlden, Mason Tamez, Tui Mauga, and Leila Ziebarth. Way to SOAR Eagles!
Fifth grade Rees students each made a project representing one of the 50 states. They shared information about the state and displayed their project at their state fair. It was great to see their awesome projects and the students and parents loved listening to information about their states. GREAT WORK Eagles!
Yesterday Mr. Gull and other Rees staff member taught students how to play some outdoor games. They learned the correct rules and how to take turns and share. It was a fun morning to everyone!
First graders learned about the sound of Q. When Mr. Q married Miss U, they became inseparable. Bound together through reading and spelling, forever and ever!
It's that time of year again where your children have the opportunity to show off their talents in the arts! Whether your child is a film maker dancer, writer, musician, an artist, or a photographer, we encourage them to show off their skills. All entries are submitted online. Entries are now open! Mrs. Painter's class was learning about serving and supporting this month and so they decided to do a food drive. Students donated food to give to a local foodbank. Keep up the GREAT work Eagles, you are AWESOME!
