Rees Eagles have been Serving and Supporting this week by raising money for Nebo Credit Union's "Warm the Soles" campaign which helps buy shoes for students throughout Nebo School District. Thank You Rees Eagles and families for your support!
We are having a little fun with a Penny War at the school. All pennies and dollars are positives and silver coins are negative toward a class total. Last day for Penny Wars is tomorrow! Help your class win by donating to Warm the Soles!
Rees 5th grade students showcased their hard work recently in our annual science fair. Students worked on their projects either individually or with a partner and then presented them to the other students in the school, local judges, and also their parents. Way to Aim High to Achieve Eagles!! Keep up the great work!
This week, on Valentine's Day, Rees EEC and 1st-5th grade students were able to have a wonderful morning at the theater watching Sing 2. It was the perfect day to kick back, relax, and have fun together before the Valentine's activities at school. Some students said that was their first time ever being in a theater. After returning to school, students were saying to each other, "That was the BEST day ever!"
Ashton Dunford was awarded the Reflections Award of Excellence for his literature entry in braille. The Reflections theme was "I Will Change the World By..." We are so proud of Ashton and he helps change the world for good every day. His entry can be found in the picture attachments.
Nice Work Ashton!
