Jeanette has worked at Rees for the past five years. She has worked as an Intervention Technician where she tutored students 1 on 1 or in small groups with the Title 1 team. She spent hours and hours being trained in the Steps programs and helped hundreds of students improve their reading skills. Jeanette also works as the summer secretary taking care of registration and all the tiny projects teachers send through the laminator. Last year she accepted a new job as the STEM teacher for this year. Jeanette was the perfect hire for this job because of her creativity, organizational skills, and ability to engage students. Her experience as an intervention technician prepared her for working with students at a higher level. What we all love most about Jeanette is she is always smiles and sunshine. Her positivity is felt in her interactions with staff and students. Jeanette is always up for some fun as well.
