The Rees Elementary faculty voted and selected Darlene Stansfield as Classified Employee of the Year.  A representative from Horace Mann came to faculty meeting on Wednesday, February 15th to present an official certificate and other goodies to Darlene.  Sarai Memmott, kindergarten teacher, was pleased to share about all the wonderful things Darlene does to deserve this recognition.  Billi Robbins, who is in charge of the Title One program of which Darlene is a part, echoed similar sentiments about the dedication and hard work Darlene has done.

Darlene Stansfield has been a part of the Rees Elementary faculty for several years.  She is a dedicated Title One technician and teacher's aide.  Darlene works closely with the Kindergarten team to help students who are new to school.  She takes the time to read one on one with every Kindergartener.  She is committed to helping children learn and cares deeply about every student she interacts with.  She is also devoted to Rees Elementary school and we, the faculty, students, and parents, are all lucky to have her here.  Thank you and congratulations Darlene Stansfield!
