Pokemon Go Math

Submitted by heidi.groneman on

Teams of 4th grade Pokémon Trainers worked together to find and catch as many Pokémon as they could. The goal: to become a Pokémon training champion! To successfully capture a Pokémon, the students had to answer a metric conversion question for each Pokémon they found. The Elusive Pokémon were harder to "catch" and in a 20 minute time limit students tried to catch them all!

Gotta Catch 'em ALL!

Submitted by heidi.groneman on

Mrs. Searle's first grade class has been working on kindness the past few weeks.  Their goal was to be kind, show kindness to others by looking for ways to do kind things for others.  Today they earned a donut party with our counselor, Mr. Cook. Keep up the great work students!

Rees Second Grade Store

Submitted by heidi.groneman on

To go with our economics unit, 2nd graders got to have a store today. They made their own products and sold them to each other. They had a lot of fun and it was great to see everything we have been learning about in action!
