Congratulations to Coleson who was caught SOARing by someone in his class. His name was written on an Eagle Eye slip in Miss Saxon's 3rd grade class and entered into a drawing. When his name was selected, Coleson chose to give a HIGH 5 to Mr. Gull. Coleson is a wonderful student and such a great example to everyone around him. WAY to SOAR Coleson!! Keep up the GREAT work!
Congratulations to Anna Memmott who was nominated as Classified Employee of the Year! Horace Mann presented her with a special award today in faculty meeting. To honor Veteran's Day, our Rees Eagles had the opportunity to watch a virtual Veteran's Assembly. They also spent some time during the day learning more about veterans and honoring their wonderful, selfless service to our country. We are all incredibly grateful for all veterans and their service in the past and currently. THANK YOU VETERANS!

Mrs. Painter's 3rd grade class did a great job with their Veteran's drawing. Way to Aim High to Achieve Eagles!
Miss Saxon's class had a special guest veteran speak - via Zoom! Her dad is a retired Lt. Col. for the U.S. Army. He talked about why he chose to join the Army, mentioned what he did and some of the places he went to, and suggested ways we could support veterans. His suggestions included just finding any way to thank a veteran, doing service for an active military member and their family, or going through an organization like Operation Gratitude that directs your care packages, letters, or donations to veterans to brighten their days.
Nebo celebrates all our school psychologists, and all they do for Nebo students.
During the week of November 9-13, 2020, schools throughout the United States will celebrate National School Psychology Week to highlight the important work school psychologists and other educators do to help all students thrive.
Every day we are extremely grateful for all our Rees faculty. Here are a few examples of how hard our instructional tutors work each and every day to help support Rees students. Thanks ladies for all your hard work!
