Teacher Changes For Next Year

Submitted by amy.darrington on

The end of every school year is welcomed with happiness for the accomplishments and memories made, and sadness for the changes that it brings.  We are sad to lose many of our friends this year and appreciate all they have done for the students at Rees Elementary.   We wish them the very best in their future endeavors. "Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget."  G. Randolph

Mrs. Keisel - Second Grade Teacher

Submitted by angie.keisel on

I have taught for eight years.  Seven of them have been here at Rees in second grade!  I have two daughters - three years old and eleven months old.  I enjoy playing games, camping, eating yummy food and watching movies.  When I have spare time I like to bake, read, catch up on Netflix or nap!

I like purple, but I don’t like red.

I like mashed potatoes and gravy, but I don’t like ketchup.

I like volleyball, but I don’t like soccer.

Tony Chestnut

Submitted by angie.keisel on

To end the school year and celebrate our kindergarten buddies, Mrs. Hunt's fifth grade class taught Mrs. Chidester's class the song and motions to "Tony Chestnut."  We've had a lot of fun getting to know and help our buddies and look forward to seeing these students as first graders.
