Students at Rees Elementary worked hard to Serve and Support during the school's S.O.A.R Week by donating food items to Tabitha's Way, a local food pantry in Spanish Fork.  Mariela Pastrana from Tabitha's Way was so grateful to the students and families of Rees for their generosity.

In the month of September, students have been taught how to

Serve and Support,

Own their Actions and Words,

Aim High and Achieve and show

Respect in the classroom and school throughout the week.

During S.O.A.R. Week, students put that teaching into action by hosting a food drive, completing a responsibility scavenger hunt at home, making a goal to achieve by the end of the year and placing it in a class time capsule, and giving a special S.O.A.R. slip to someone who demonstrated respect in class or in the school.  It has been amazing to see Rees Eagles Rise Up and SOAR!
