Friday, the 19th of April was not a good day for Humpty Dumpty. He and several of his siblings experienced the heart break, and sometimes the shell break of being hurled off of the roof. Mr, Pitcher and helpers took bag loads of Humpties up on the roof and then threw them as high as he could make them go. Luckily, Kindergarten students and their families had invented protective devices for their little eggheads. Outcomes were sometimes positive and sometimes not so positive. Regardless, it was a good experience in brainstorming, hypothesizing, inventing, and then testing.
If you scroll through these pictures you will see the students chosen for the month of April to be shining examples. They were honored for improvements in various areas of achievement.
