Rees students met their Rodeo Reading Challenge in April and read over 500,000 minutes in the month of April. Because their met this goal, students were drawn to throw "pie" in the faces of Mr. Gull and a few teachers. It was so much fun for everyone! GREAT JOB aiming high to achieve Rees students! Second grade has been having fun theme days for the end of the year! They celebrated Fairytale Day by poisoning some apples and building houses for the Three Little Pigs!
Our fourth graders were honored to be given the opportunity to perform at the first ever Nebo Dance Festival! Over the past month, our students worked with our Nebo Dance Specialist Mrs. Kimball to learn a dance that helps them with prepositions. Watch their performance HERE!

Teams of 4th grade Pokémon Trainers worked together to find and catch as many Pokémon as they could. The goal: to become a Pokémon training champion! To successfully capture a Pokémon, the students had to answer a metric conversion question for each Pokémon they found. The Elusive Pokémon were harder to "catch" and in a 20 minute time limit students tried to catch them all!

Today our very own Miss Phillips completed the Boston Marathon. Her 1st grade class sent a picture message to her to cheer her on. She completed the marathon in an amazing time of 03:24:51. What a great example of Aiming High to Achieve! Congratulations Miss Phillips!
