Artists in Residency at Rees School
For the next two weeks the 4th, 5th, 6th and Multiage students at Rees have the privilege of working with five wonderful artists. These artists are teaching about Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures. Mr. and Mrs. Chun are teaching music, Mrs. Chidester is teaching visual arts, Mrs. Casey is teaching Hula and Mr. Roberts is teaching myths and legends through creative movement and theater. Five students will be keeping you up to date on what they are excited about, surprised by and have questions on. Follow our journey through the arts and learn with us about the fascinating cultures of Hawaii and Polynesia.
