Mrs. Darrington's 2nd grade teamed up with Mrs. Hunt's 5th grade to learn how to do research on spiders, owls, bats, and pumpkins. They learned about the animal or plant's habitat, life cycles, and other interesting facts. It was fun for all, and they made a new friend!#ReesEaglesSOAR #SOAR #FocusOnStudentGrowth #EmpoweringStudents #EngagedLearning
The 4th grade had the opportunity for presenters who have attended true mountain men rendezvous to come visit. They taught them all about the tools, clothing and traps that they used back in the day. It was fun to see all of their objects up close and hear from men and women who truly know what it means to be mountain men.
Rees Elementary Student Council had the amazing opportunity to attend BYU Leadership Day. Students were able to go to workshops and learn the tools of leadership. They were served lunch and played games. Students were also able to witness leadership in action by watching Mr. Gull serve and support keynote speaker Meg Johnson. It was a great day to be a ReesEagle! #SOAR #ReesEaglesSOAR
