Kindergarten Manners Feast
Mrs. Montgomery's morning and afternoon classes enjoyed learning about manners and then putting their new knowledge to practice. The children dressed up in their nice clothes, looking like perfect little ladies and gentlemen. Mrs.
Fourth Grade Shows Respect to Veterans
Fourth Grade students at Rees Elementary wrote letters to Veterans thanking them for their service. After a Veterans Assembly at the school, students went up and gave the letters to the Veterans who had come. They were grateful for this token of respect.
Not Afraid to Perform
In October Mrs. Jex's fourth grade class practiced and performed "The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything". Lisa Bean, the district drama specialist helped us get started. We performed for our parents and many classes at Rees Elementary.
